Missing power ion protector

I just picked up a power ion protector bp, but the actual mod seems to be missing from the shop list.
It seems the only vega class one available for equipping is enhanced power ion, the next one up is the gold unknown O

Where are the placeholders for substandard, standard, power ion, and enhanced power ion?
