Missing Character

I just tried to log in...and I could. But when the game started, it wanted me to create a character. This is odd, as I've been playing the game for at least a couple of years now. I worked hard to get my character to where it was. I am NOT going to start over.

Any ideas as to what's happened to my character ? As I said, I am not going to start all over.

Hopefully everything is good now but if you still have the account problem please send a ticket to support and explain please what portal you're using because Gamigo and Aeriagames portal are no longer working so everything is transferred to Splitscreen, also please check this post Aeria Games Transfer for details if you're using Aeria Games portal.
