Mantis hive mantis boundries

Quite frankly, they suck. Its like SS just spawned a load of mantis on the map and didn't care where they went. They need set location which they cannot go... Its just ridiculous that i cannot ab into an e field without everything following me, and then after i get podded it all stays there! why even have e fields and spots without mantis, you may as well just cover every square inch of the hive in random types of mantis, after all thats what you've done to most of it.

I mean, who thought spawning custodians right next to pyros was even remotely acceptable, and then who thought it would be a better idea to overlap the boundaries so that everything goes where ever it wants to?

This means you are forced to train up to lvl 70 on gazica, which gives you 1% an hour... unless you have a draconis ship you stand no chance on hive, and even if you do it is barely possible without a membership / boosters....

In short the mantis should not be able to go into e fields, there need to be some safe spots on the map somewhere.

I think that SS applies this logic there: unlike gazica, hive is mantis capital ship, their breeding ground so we're at maximum hostile territory there.It's designed to ultimately "break a player" (i.e. to force him/her to buy energy, membership etc).I share your opinion about mantis close to e fields (on some occasions I had the luxury of being pursued and when I ab to e field there were 5 mines in it - instant pod. location center map long corridor and it was miner by rocket towers).

There are some safe spots on the hive but they're absolutely ridiculous cause getting to them aint easy Iknow that some people will say now "well life aint easy" - indeed but this aint real life this is a game. game supposed to be fun. And when people see that it stops being fun to play but frustrating they leave. some of my good friends are already left. thinking about doing the same after finishing draco SMs cause i simply wont spend so much time on getting 1MIL cryonite for ship and gear in sirius which will probably be required there. compare draco to sol and you'll see that it has become worse and I'd say it's safe to assume that sirius will be double the price of draconis
