Why is there no energy added when I take a drawing?

There should be only 1 of 3 possible options:

1. You don´t have completed the BP and so it not gets converted into energy or
2. If 1st does not apply you have hit the energy max of your current level or have exceeded the limited of it and so no conversion of BPs happen until you are below your cap again or
3. If 1st and 2nd does not apply then it is most likely a bug
