Unfortunately, we suffered some Issues with players losing blueprints, cryonite and energy. The good news is we have found the bug and will be able to fix it with todays hotfix.
The bad news is we are not able to give you back the lost cryonite or energy.
But with todays hotfix we will be able to give back all users their blueprints that were at least saved partially.
Few users also suffered some kind of a user rollback which reverted some or all of their effort to a later date. We can't fix the outcome of this bug, like giving back the cry, energy etc.
We apologize to all players about the bugs and the problems that were caused by it.
