It has come to my knowledge several pilots are having issues and are not able to login after the todays update.
Problem seems to be: At login tells you this account doesn't exist.
Even after un-installing and re-installing client there is a problem, but now it says that
the password is incorrect.
Also been tested to change the password, for some that has helped, but for others it hasn't.
So only thing you can do is to send in an email to: support@pirategalaxy.com
Cause there has also been this issue that when trying to file ticket it will tell that password is incorrect and you might not manage to reach the ticket system.
If you still can't get it to work.. you need to contact your portal support .. i.e Gamigo pilot = Gamigo support.
Please if you can, file a ticket, or send in an email to the support system.
At this point the GM's will not be able to help you.
