As a fairly new player in Pirate Galaxy, the one thing that stands out to me the most is that your website cannot maintain any type of a reliable connection service. Logging into your game is a crapshoot at best. You are constantly down for maintenance or the site is just plain not working. You should allow customers to move their current pilots to different servers while the main server is down, I am not interested in STARTING a new pilot, I just want to be able to play my current pilot on a regular basis, that is not asking too much. If I had not invested money on your game I'd not play anymore and probably will quit if this continues. Its horrible customer service and i would not recommend this game to anyone.

Or you could just cut your costs now and run ... you know - a bit like I have.

Another thing to note. I purchased several 30 day boosters. As I can't log in to play, my booster time is just burning away. The boosters are 30 days from day of purchase. The booster time should be switched to game time played or compensate players for your inability to keep a server up and running.

I am assuming you were trying to log into Solaria? There was a major Issue after Dol CQs last night that caused the Server to crash therefore not allowing anyone to log into it

If you still cannot Login, Please send a E-Mail to support@pirategalaxy.com - Include your Pilot Name, Server Played on, Details of Issue & any Screenshots. Also you may PM the Ticket Number recieved to me - Astraeus thru the Forum so I may go look at the ticket
