log file dontion is no longer free ?

So i log in yesterday an couldnt donate my log file so i thought ok maybie its glitched i log in to day oh whats this cant donate unless i pay 45 gold really SS we cant donate r 1 free log file anymore an ya see its not just me my entire clan cant donate r free log file.The question is this a glitch or is SS really expect us to pay to donate are log files now? i would like an answer to this.

Yep it is a bug and developers are working on it.
And you can always search forum for threads about same thing
