Kalgan Server is International speaking but English is Preferred,
as always you can speak any language in Squad chat and Privet chat on all Servers.
I was reading the chat log and the GM states "you can start conversation in your Language but after a while you should go to other chat opportunity"
I hope this clears up any misunderstandings.

I see your point as the GM is or might be new on that server!

English is the Primary & preferred Language on All English & International Servers (Askone, Kalgan, Solaria &Aeria) controlled by the English GM Team. Please speak English in any Public or GM-Chat as the use of translators is not always accurate. For the players of other communities who want to learn about our servers, Our way of Game Play etc, an allowance for the use of their language will be tolerated. However, If you must use a Language other than English, Please use Private, Clan or Squad or Alliance Chat"

It's not a problem when a pilot start talking in their own language, but after a while they can go to one of the other chats.

Kalgan is an International Server. It was once a German Server long ago, Became an English Server in 2010, then designated International in 2011. Though it is under the English GM Team control, German is still the Primary Language with English also.
It is preffered that English be spoken on all English controlled Servers, yet many Pilots do not speak English or dont want to. We do allow that on the International Servers - Kalgan & Aeria. If a GM requests you to speak English, Please do as it makes it much easier to understand an Issue they may be having
