I get where sometimes i see someone who is always in flames from a thermo blast or someone using repair all the time, can someone fix this bug or look into it

as i got called a hacker yesterday because on someones screen i was always using repair droid

At this moment, that is a low priority bug since it is simply a graphics glitch and has no effect on the outcome of the game. When the major bugs are fixed, they will look in to the smaller ones and fix them. Until then you can log out and back in or orbit to clear that glitch.
