Each ship has it has the armor they get stronger every time you move up each system or gain the right level to install that armor, starting armor bulkwark, thermograde and deluvian. Prototype ships have a different setup and have more armor last time i checked it was 25% extra. TO see your Health this can be represented by looking to the bottom left of your screen and you should see a green bar. An example screenshot is shown below:
Do you mean how much you have left from full health in figures? If so, if you look at the first screenshot that was shown with arrows, it shows you that the ship has 76 health out of 100.
The healthbar only shows how much % of your hp is remaining. The actual HP numbers are not known to players but some players did try to find out how much armor a ship has relative to his counterparts. You can see their finding on this page http://www.prelude.myzen.co.uk/PG/. Due to recent updates some of these numbers might not be 100% perfect anymore but they atleast give you a sense of the hp difference between ships.
But in general the tank has the highest armor and a engineer the lowest
The armor Index, which is probably outdated for anything else than Storm - Shock - Tank - Engineer - Sniper, but quite easy to remake, which indicates, for a same and given level, the relative HPs of all classes. Those do not depend on their lvl.
The simulator, sitting in the folding tab on the top of the ships page which is probably wrong for most ships and weapons, which was giving you an HP amount (nearly an absolute value) and the damages/healing of most items on that ship, where you could select the ship, its armor/level, the weapon or healing item and its level, and add some bonuses (drones, alloys, gravitons, cortexes,...). This one depends on ship's level.
This one will probably never be as accurate as it was, because now PvP damages/PvE healings are depending not only on your target's HPs and your weapon's level, but also on your ship's level. Same goes for most items.
