For ALL in-game bugs or problems, a ticket to support as detailed below is needed:

If you dont file a ticket support cant help you - DO NOT send a forum PM to any GM concerning any bugs


The GM Team will be more than happy to TEST any Missions in all systems with the exception of Sirius & will file a bug ticket if the mission is bugged (please verify that the mission scripts are being followed before reporting a mission bug)

Note: When a GM joins a squad to test a mission, They are only there to observe the mission. They are not there to help with the mission in any way. The GM will not protect or heal you or any squad member. They will only observe the mission progress. Once the mission has failed or completed the GM will leave the squad. Sirius mission bugs must be reported to support. GM are currently unable to test these Missions


How to Submit a Ticket:

In-Game: Click the ? Button upper Right Center of Screen (Fill out the Form & Include Details & Attach any Screenshots)

(Ticket Support Link) CLick Ticket System > (Fill out the Form & Include Details & Attach any Screenshots)
Thru E-Mail: Send E-Mail Ticket to support@pirategalaxy.com

Java Report:

(Diagnosis Tool Link) - Click Run Test - When Completed, copy to Clipboard, then paste in to WordPad, Word or Notepad & attach file to ticket

Support will not diagnose issues posted in forum - A Ticket must be sent in to support


Where to find Error Log File (If Any):

XP: C:\Documents and Settings\<Name>\AppData\Roaming\Splitscreen Studios\Pirate Galaxy\gamedata\Pirate Galaxy\PirateGalaxy.errorlog.log
