i want my gold (again)

hey guys, way back at the close of beta 7 days into the game my datalorr account became......bugged i started again with a new email address just for gamigo and a new account Northstar, the guys at gamigo blob tendaro osirus and support staff after loads of emails to and from support made it possible for me to post on the forums and buy gold, as each time i go to the item shop to purchase it shows me signed in as datalorr, i buy my gold, i email support and tell them i have , they transfer from datalorr old locked account to northstar current account simple it works, great it takes a day but i get my gold,
this time is a different story, i bought gold, emailed support, hmmmm no gold, check my emails i got an email from support saying sorry i have not used the original email they can not transfer my gold untill i use the old email address.........HELLO are you a NOOB go and find somone who is aware of my account trouble and give me my gold, i want it i payed for its mine................................

in a case like this i think ss could bend the rules a little and re make your account but under the ss account system and not the gamigo one, then you wont suffer with this problem ever again, as iv said before gamigo dont support this game in any shape way or form anymore, even thou they say they do, they have a vic 20 in the corner of the office just sending out auto emails to PG players with problems

HAHAHAHA A Commodore Vic 20 lol is that what you Play on TwistedMetal?

Please dont get involved with others account Issues or Problems since you may not know actually what is going on with them & are only stirring up more Trouble & Headaches for those that do. As has been said many times before here in the Forums, Gamigo is resposible for Gamigo Account Issues which also include the Purchasing of Gold thru Gamigo. SplitScreen handles all the In-Game Issues

and if you read what i said i didnt blame splitscreen i blamed gamigo and there lack of customer service towards players on this game, and if northstar has to go through this same process everytime he wants to buy gold then maybe ss can re make his account under the ss login system and not the gamigo login system so northstar doesnt have to go through this bug everytime he buys gold. and even though gamigo account holders buy there gold from gamigo splitscreen still get a good 80% of the cash from the gold sale so it is in ss best interest to also try help with any gold problems no matter who there account is with. and yes lol i love my vic20 its well fast lol :D :D :D

Northstar email me the situation as clearly as you can with all pertinent information at support@pirategalaxy.com. We may have a solution for you finally.
