I KEEP CRASHING

OK..this is really starting to get to be a pain. It seems like I start crashing right after SS does a server restart or an update on the game every wed. This all started back when SS did that game changing update a few months back. I had GM's tell me to "downgrade" my java to 1.0 it seems to me that will just cause more problems for me in other areas on my computer. I have a high end computer so I know my PC is not the problem. I have no idea what to do anymore. It gets tiring having to "waste' over 1000 cry to just get 500.
I know I am not the only one that is going threw this I see it happen everyday all the time to others.Why cant you guys fix whatever is causing this?
