I FORGOT MY PASSWORD! NEED HELP

I wanted to ask if there is a possibility to change/reset my password.
My Gamingo account password is the same so that means i forgot it too.
I have access to the email account used to register , does that help?

Password Resets are handled thru whichever Portal you are using ie: Splitscreen - support@pirategalaxy.com (for all support related issues or Reporting Game Violations) (When sending E-Mail here Please Include Pilot Name & Server played on for faster response), Gamigo - https://billing.gamigogames.de/index.php (gAS), Bigpoint - http://us.bigpoint.com/mybp/settings/ (To change your Password or Profile Details) - http://us.bigpoint.com/support/ (To Contact Support)

At no time should you disclose your Username or password in correspondance to anyone as they should not need it

here is it who you can do it ok see it is very easy it has 5 steps.
step 1. ok go to https://billing.gamigogames.de
step 2. log in with your gamigo account
step 3. click my profile
step 4. click details
step 5. that was all here you can change det password

here is some thing i say you must change to, the gamigo password
step 1. ok go to https://billing.gamigogames.de (must not be done if you are already logged in)
step 2. log in with your gamigo account (must not be done if you are already logged in)
step 3. click my profile (must not be done if you are already in profile)
step 4. click pers data
step 5. here you can change the password and some more thing's.

hope this guide will help some ^^ this is not only for girate galaxy but for all gamigo games ok
or like the GM did say use support or bigpoint
