I cant seem to load into game, it crashes

I try playing on web browser mode, and all of a sudden after i begin to load in the screen flicks black and back on saying my display driver and crashed and recovered. Then finally the entire screen freezes and the sound reverberates.


Now. I play World of Warcraft just fine enough to do full on raids with no lag, no problems with 40+ people spamming spells/attacks. so this seems a bit stupid for this game to crash me.. not to mention I can also have imvu up, vent, and skype up as well with wow, while watching a anime.. But when i try loading this game alone with nothing else going on my monitor freaks out?.

IMy drivers are updated, and I don't know whats going on. I disabled most my addons sides Noscript. and still the game won't load. Or could it be that playing Via mozila firefox is the problem?

you might try to download the client and see if problem is solved. And normal Firefox isn't the problem internet explore give most of the time problems. So try to download it and if it still dont works then contect support

I just downloaded the client, and same thing said "Displaydriver igfx" has stopped working and has recovered. its really pissing me off. because I am not used to a game completly not working at all.. I have a HP pavilion 64 bit. that has been updated reguarly. and this game won't work.

send a ticket to support with all your problems,

go to main page and run a medix report and sent a ticket to SS and they will work it out then

Not the game. Try deleting and reinstalling your igfx driver.

this seems to be connected with an issue with On-board Intel Video cards. We are about to fix this issue and it will be hopefully ready with the next update. Stay tuned.
