When i try to login on the download version i entire my account things then press login then it goes to loading screen for a while and crashes. I click repair in start menu but it does the same thing. How do i fix?
i had similar thing (even i lost connection during playing) with my mobile network (Huawei usb dongle), but i've installed new drivers and flashed this dongle and now is working brilliant
if u have better broadband (telephone/cable line) try to uninstall Java from computer cos PG has own Java and check your firewall
Java is required for browser version of game. Client doesnt need it.
So if browser version isnt working, update java or switch to client version.
Client is far more stable than browser version, if client isnt working, then check server status.
