I cant log in

i open the client, i click on login, and it keeps logging in. after a while it says The game portals authentication service does not respond. PLease try again in some minutes. 30 minutes i have been trying to log in but i still cant.
Can you help me?

I'm having the same problem. I use a gamigo account and I'm guessing thats where the problem is.

yes i was playing then my game froze so i closed the browser to relog but then i couldnt cause i was geting that too

Im checking in to this now and it seems the game portal authentication service is having issues. Might be the same DB problems or a new one but it is definitely a DB issue as its not allowing a connect from client or browser. I will keep everyone informed of the issue or resolution as soon as I find something out.

EDIT: I kept clicking login and I finally got to choose a server so keep trying to log in as its definitely a DB issue. System just might be lagging bad and cant authenticate all the users straight away.

game portal authentication service means that the portal is having problems. Like it happened a few weeks back when gamigo had problems. Seems that gamigo are again having problems with their GAS accounts.
