Hyper jump change

I think that during ipt the e requrierd for hyper Jump should change due to the decreasing amount of time.

This has been brought up many times and shot down. I don't know why because it's a ok idea...

aparently there are loads of bugs which would accompany this change. lot of time for the devs. maybe if it were done after the revamp stuff thats goin on. i myself have posted this idea TWICE
