Hunting BPs On a Previous Planet System

It's been a while since I've found a rare ship bp on Vega. I have been using a Gemini to Mizar System ship to hunt for the Anin-X Tank, but so far, no luck. Does the rare bp find chance drop as you use a ship from another star system also (like cryo)? Forgive me if I'm wrong.

Have no idea but i would believe so. Use a fully equipped vega ship instead. (with armor) they can take some damage, and vega is such an easy place to hunt otherwise.
