How to manage Jump Ship?

I can't move in the Rings (1-5)...writes-Cannot land on planet...

I can't travel to other planets.

Members can not go to other planes which have not been explored yet, ranks above "officer" can send jumpship to planets in range, are you only a member perhaps?

Also sirius cq planet (the wormhole) requires sirius tech only to be installed, do you have a sirius collector? a gazica item wont make it, also i think you are required to have all 8 slots filled, with sirius eq, and armor

I used to play Sirius, I think it's a matter of rank, I'm an officer...
