I am in Vega system. There are some shielded mobs such as marauders that drop some nice BP. However, I donm't seem to be able to bet them with my storm ship since they always agree me if I try to do a quest to get an upgraded computer. So what tactics can I use or what ship can I use to beat them?
How do we fight shielded type of mobs at the early levels

On vega any ship will perform kind of same against a marauder, but starting at Antares the storm will be able to equip a "Perforator" which allows your weapon to go through the shield.
To kill a tough mob, the easiest tactic is to shoot from as far as possible, so the marauder cannot shoot back. You can also tease him with a rocket and then wait for its shield to vanish, but if you do not have much DPS it may come back before you killed it.
