I was thinking of enrolling in a membership. However, the membership enrollment notes that this will be automatically renewed. How do I cancel automatic renewal or at least cancel the membership? Surprisingly, I see nothing in the enrollment page explaining this.

I just looked at it. I don't have an automatic renew box to uncheck. In fact, I don't see on my screen where it says automatic renew as it does on your screen. I have even tried different graphic settings and got out of full screen to no avail. It just says at the bottom of the subscription that" memberships will be automatically renewed' and has the gold cost. There is no spot to uncheck or to cancel this automatic subscription. i also don't have a box, like on your screen, that says "automatic renew." Also, I don't see how to contact customer service either. There is no phone number to call.

Thanks for the answer. I wonder who designed that one. It should show new people that they can cancel the membership BEFORE they buy it. Otherwise, many might not get it. It's too bad. This game had some great concepts and great plans. The implementation , however, leaves a LOT to be desired.
