Heat Shield?!?

So I my ship that I wasn't using was not using ended up in the hanger with no HP. I repaired it and when to leave and got message about a heat shield.

Hello Creamy_II could you please file a proper bug report ticket. This seems to be something what we had in the past appearing again.
Please give a proper explanation, and description, where, and what hangar so the Devs could look into this.
Please if you also could try to reproduce it to see if the same popup appear again that would be great.
