Having trouble logging in

Guys i am having trouble logging into the game through the http://en.pirategalaxy.com/
i used to play this game through bigpoint portal.
my account name in bigpoint portal was Cute_pumkin
my name in game was Falconeyes
i tried login in pirate galaxy with the name Cute_pumkin but it told me my user name wasnt correct ..
so tell me wat ia m suppose to do guys..
