Having issues Connecting

I installed the Client Version of PG but every time i try to play the game it tells me "online service currently unavailable please try again later." Has anyone had this issue in the past or is having this issue? I have submitted a ticket but was just wondering if other have been having this issues as well.

At the moment servers still up and working same for other portals than splitscreen,
If you contacted at support explain to them any details about your issue and they will help you to fix your issue.
