Halloween patch oct 25th: Emperor is back!

Hi!

This was only announced in server news at Korell, Trantor and both Spanish servers. I don't know why it was not announced in English and International ones.

The text says that a patch is applied in the morning (8 am server time) to include the Emperor in halloween drops, and drop rate was increased too.

The 100% drop rate was a bug i think, we had some server reboots right after i sent a ticket about it ^^

yep I got the emperator real quick and bp drop is near crio drop almost 100% congrat devs for this great positive step.
