Well I am nto so sure, but you need to go to
https://billing.gamigogames.de/ and login, and go to my profile, if I'm right, and go to personal information/data, and type in your e-mail address,

for PG thing, click my profile, and go down and click PG, details, go down and write new password, sry if wrong password, long time ago I was gamigo user...

do this after you contact support
