Graphical problem with loading pg

ever since you updated pirate galaxy i have not been able to play due to some problem with the update you have made i get the background image on login screen but no writing my graphics card is functioning as it should so i know its not that and my direct x is not the problem ether i have refered this back to java and have recieved the response that i should contact the software manufacter so follows is my system spec

2.7 ghz intel celeron
768mb ram
128mb nvidia geforce graphics
realtek hd audio
direct x 9.0c april 2010 final

please can you offer some suggestions as to how to resolve this problem my m8s pc is slower and his pg works fine please please please help me

yea well i just wish you stop changing things that work cause it causes these problems i have been playing pg now for 2 years and love the game i just hope this is rectifyable cause i have already rebooted my computer to see if that helps and no such luck but as told ticket is submitted

Do you use browser or client Delta? If you are in browser, how I fixed my issue was to open the directory that PG downloads to and delete everything then re access the page and allow PG to redownload to ur PC. If client, simply uninstall and reinstall and let it update.
