Gold Purchase thru Moneybookers

Is anyone besides me having problems purchasing gold thru Moneybookers? I have Moneybookers working on this issue & they are saying it is Gamigo. Gamigo is saying its Moneybookers. I have purchased gold this way before but now cant

I use Moneybookers and haven't had any problems so far. I have noticed that it can take up to 10mins before my account gold is added.

Did you crash or experience lag during the transaction?

Nonetheless, it ought to be simple enough for them to see the money to gold in account trail.
