in german Forum we are discussing GM-Presence. Because we want to know who is satisfied with GM-presence and who is not, I am creating this poll. Everyone can vote, I'm not dividing it into different servers. I have one request: Please don't write anything here in this thread, neither good nor bad things about GMs. Pls stay all calm, and just vote. If you don't do, this thread will be closed.
You can vote in normal grades, 1 is the best (grade A), 6 is the worst (grade F). It's german grading system.

I have tried to contact a GM for a number of days at different times of the day -- "no GM on line" is all I get. I did get one GM in a month of trying. It didn't used to be like this.

Gm's are very active, maybe you play on the wrong server?

yeah, i don't get that, in holland we have a 1-10, 10 is best 1 is worst, not that i didn't get it.

I voted deficiant since whilst I do see the odd GM here and there I think they need to have a more visible presence in game. I think at least two GMs should be online at all times, at least whilst the server is on at busy hours of the day

lol 2 gms online all the time IS REALLY TOO MUCH. I would be happy of at least 1 gm. anyway we all have to remember gms are common players which divide their time between social life, playing normal with their accounts and being gms.

Gm presence is fantastic as usual. If you can get a problem solved in a matter of hours, sometimes minutes, and you think thats not very good, play some other games... Took me 4 weeks to get a simple glitch sorted on one game i played.
