Getting This Error Message

After a lot of effort, I could not solve out the issue. Actually recently I installed a game 'Pirate Galaxy' on Windows 10 computer. But friends, after a few minutes of the gameplay, I received this error message "Event ID 1000 Error." I could not able to resolve the issue. Could someone please help me to fix it? Any help would be highly appreciated. Thank you,

Not getting any response, I searched online and came across this particular post. I followed one method from here. I run DISM and SFC scans and followed these methods

sfc/scannow

DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth

After doing the method perfectly, the problem got solved. Now I have no longer any issues while playing the game. Thank you,
