Everything what you need, is a new password...normally. But because some of you have accounts
With Gamechannel and Splitscreen Studios, it can lead to complications.
So immediately initiates the following survival measures if you see only "Error":
!!Attention!! As soon as you have sent the ticket, you will receive an email confirming the receipt
Of your ticket. This is not yet the answer! In it you will find the ticket ID, it is required for inquiries.
Did you receive a reply from us, and confirmation that your new e-mail can be used, you can
Change your password.

- • Consider you a new optional account name (this is not a new Character name!)
- • Open the Ticket Centre http://support.splitscreenstudios.com/
- • Subject: Gamechannel Account ← very important, it saves you longer processing times
- • Information in the ticket (besides a nice greeting):
- ◦ Old Gamechannel account name
- ◦ New account name
- ◦ New e-mail
