Warscore Balancing / Fixes

• Adjusted Balancing of warscore channels:
  • Increased PVE kill Warscore
  • Increased PVP kill Warscore
  • Increased Mission Warscore
  • Increased Reactor Warscore
  • Decreased Blueprint Warscore
  • Decreased OTB Conqurst Warscore
  • Decreased Colossus Warscore

Achievements

• Updated the sirius singularity collector meta achievement with all proper achievements
• Added vega rare ships (SC-X Arrow Speed, SC-X Thunderstorm) to vega rare ships collector achievement
• Swapped draconis ancient mine launchers in achievements to be semanticly matching
• Sniper/defender achievements updated to only be visibility in appropriate starsystems
• Updated easter event mission achievement to only contain reusable missions
• Removed missions from Pirate Mode sol/draconis achievement where lower planet landing is required
• Added missing colorpatterns to color pattern collector achievement
• Updated xmas achievement to only include the reusable event mission

Sirius Quests

• Fixed that Sirius quests now also give Warscore to the players
• Added general warscore boost for singularity quests by +25%
• Increased Sirius missions Clan cryo rewards by about +75%
