Oort System Reactor Challenge Fix
- Fixed a bug through which pilots were able to access the new Reactor Challenge in the Oort system prematurely.
- Fixed a bug in Draconis mission "Recipe Hunt" that prevented the intermediate objective "Collect the Crystal" from being completed.
- Fixed a bug in Tau Ceti mission "Close Ties" that caused the "solo only" fail condition message text to not display properly.
