game sticking and freezing

my game keeps sticking and freezing for a split second like every 20 seconds it does it, it only does it on a planet surface and it only started doin it from the second to last update, everything is upto date on my pc, java, driver,windows all upto date and its a fresh windows install as well, i remember when it started doin this same thing in mizar before sol came out and spltscreen fixed it and found out it was a server problem, iv spoken to a few other players in my clan and they all get the same and have heard others in public chat talk about it too,

oh and iv tried both client and browser versions of the game and its still the same

im going to post the reply you will get before a GM does:

"have you submitted a ticket to support?" etc etc.

Not really much point posting technical issues here..... apart from to verify other people have them.....

I would reinstall all of it, client, then java, drivers etc.

have done mate iv done it 3 times now reinstalled everything includling windows, all drives upto date, java upto date, no firewalls , all windows update are done. it only started doin it after the second to last update

i think this problem my be caused by the new 10.10 ati drivers
