Game Not launching after downtime

Today at around 4:00 AM EST the game was shut down for whatever reason. I had just started playing yesturday and up until 4:00 AM and the game was working perfectly fine. Now the time is 7:26 AM EST and the game no longer launches at all. Whenever I try to get to the game all I get is a black screen and nothing else. This is very annoying may I please get some help with this?

I have tried other links like gamoonglo (or whatever), and java webstart version but no go. I get no error message because the game never launches at all here is the link i used yesturday to play: http://eu.pirategalaxy.net/play.php thanks

have u tried to download the client and run it through that

They might be down due to all new updates what has been happening, and might have some adjustments and fixes to do.
Not all happens smoothly as we all would wish, but after all, it is done for our enjoyment and pleasure, and to make it possible to play better.
