Interaction with the GM Team
We invite you to take knowledge of the members of the GM (Game Master) Team in order to know who to contact for a question or a problem:
Any GM or CM in Game is there to help & may be called upon at any time when available In-Game, Support Team and Splitscreen Studios staff can be called upon by submitting a ticket.
It is strictly forbidden to Imitate, Harass, or swear at a member of the GM Team, Support Team or Splitscreen Studios staff, even for the purpose of "joking", that this is by imitating the mannerisms, either by copying the manner of speaking and/or the message or emails of any of them.
On the game, all the members of the GM team appear with a star to the left of their screen name.

In the purpose of contacting a GM or Support easier and faster, you must avoid:
In order that the game takes place in the best conditions for each Player, it is recommended to adopt a correct attitude.

- Ignore or discuss the instructions and/or decisions of a member of the team
- Invite a member of the team in your friends
- Harm to his private life, or to their identity as a player
- Disrespect to any GM or Support, or Splitscreen Studios staff in any form
- Asking a GM what words were used causing a sanction, a GM will not and cannot repeat it, for clarification on any sanction issued then a ticket must be submitted.
- Imitating any former or current Game Master, Support Staff, Splitscreen Studios staff or a subsidiary is strictly prohibited
