game glitched

can anyone help me, please??
the game on my computer is too glitchy, the screen stops and goes on every second! but today, i couldn't login. the frist time the glicth began, the game, data were deleted from my computer a few days after, so the glitch stopped. but after exploring the maps again, the glitch came back. i don't know how the game data was deleted! if someone know how to do it, please tell me. (i uninstalled chrome, installed it again / updated the java / i restarted the computer.... nothing works)

Please get in touch with our ticket support. Also include the results from the medic report, your pilotname, server, the portal you use (splitscreen, gemigo, Armor Games,....) and if you use the micro client or the browser.
