Before I am told to send this as i ticket, i already have, it has been ignored/forgotten ever since they couldn't figure out what to do.
I play through aeriagames so i only have the browser available to me. when i go harving and kill a full set of inters with area damage weapons, the game screen, and only the game screen goes white, the rest of my browser functions normally.
I have tried everything that support has told me and anything i can think of twice (uninstalling all versions of java and only adding the newest version, going to a previous version of java, different browsers, ect.) but the issue still has continued. since my ticket has been forgotten about i am taking it to other players that might know how to fix this issue.
this glitch/bug/whatever it is has continued for the last few months and i am no longer able to grind cryo from harvesters, leaving me with trying to get cryo in sirius for a prototype ship...
Any help would would be greatly appreciated.
