Game crashes on opening login screen

When I attempt to open the game either with the downloaded version or with the browser version the screen shows a rotating space cloud for about a minute the closes with this message:
Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime error Program: c\program files\java\ire6\bin\java.exe
This Application has requested the runtime to terminate in an unusual way
Please contact the applications support team for more information.

I have uninstalled and reinstalled Java, DirectX 10 and Pirate Galaxy several times and in different order, and I am getting the same error message. I have also tried adjusting the properties in all the java.exe files to enable/disable visual themes and run in 256 color mode on each .exe file I have ran out of options to try. I've got a ticket active in support but its been avtive for over a week now, I've also sent a email to java about the error message. Can anyone suggest anything I havent tried yet?

This is a PC Based issue usually meaning either all updates for windows are not done (optional - non-Language Pack), your system firewall or Anti-Malware may be interfering or your Router may have a firewall blocking the needed data.

Chack all your Settings & your Network

I will check the anti malware, network settings and the router firewall but as for the updates they are all up to date, thanx for the post
