This is the second version that makes more sence and uses the SC-X ships.

In Traitor Eridication you get to choose if you want to help Bill Darius or not, what if you choosed not????
(Lately I replayed the vega storyline and i found out that they now use a Bomb-Ship instead of having Jake killing Bill Darius, but you can choose not to stop the bomb and flee from it)

Normally it would fail, but i think it should also be completed after that. When to orbit there are two missions you can choose, normally you can just select it, but here you get an warning that it will change the course of Pirate Galaxy. Then the new storyline:

Traitor Eradication 50
(You choose to help Jake Rattenbury)
Unfair Deal 52
(Fly with Jake to the trade partner, then behemoth appears. It destroys Jake's ship, but you collect his pod and you flee before the colonials appear.)
Joining a gang 53
(After you and Jake loose your whole smuggler team, you decided to join outlaws, they are the Bozo Gang.)
Testing Loyalty 53
(Fly to Axiom and destroy with Jake, General Walter Victory's ship)(Receive SC-1 and SC-2 (Maybe 3 and 4))
Kalabesh Thieves 45
(Fly To Kalabesh and attack a big group of ore transporters.)
Aurora Activity 49
(Fly to Aurora and Scan an Area for possible wealth, but don't get detected by Colonials.)
Traitor Takedown 55
(Jake was on Aurora and spotted the old smugglers that betrayed us, take them down.)
Lyris Lab 62
(Destroy an lab on lyris our buisness partner offers a lot of cryonite for it.)
Brotherhood Ruins 59
(Search an new area, collect Ancient Artifact and flee for Vicius)
Road Open Again 62
(We found an enormous ship on the Aurora Surface, our scans say that it holds enourmous amounts of cryonite. Escort the bombship and flee when it is lighting (shoot to light), return and destroy the ship.)

(We got a contact person that is willing to give us a intel for a huge amout of cryonite. Get to the deal.)

(Custodian Commanders carry a intel that details advanced stun charge technology, get it.)
Spying Colonials 280
(We intercepted a new mission from the colonials, spy on them, we have to find out whats going on.)
Raiding the Depot 300
(The Colonials have lots of Cryonite, we think that everything is stored here.)
Meeting the Admiral 300
(Our last scan says that the mantis will strike against the lab, a good chance for us to steal some cryonite. Once reached you take out the guards when the admiral arrives, he sees your strength and offers a deal.) (Rank 18 ships received)

Ships
I mentioned the SC series, these are very special for colonials, but not for the bozo gang. They are rank 10.

SC-2 Arrow Speed, Same as SC-X Arrow Speed
SC-? Engineer and Tank maybe?
