Seems like this new Vega event is causing major problems.
The most common cause was loading screen when trying to land / orbit or enter hangar's etc.
I was afk for dinner and sat in the Jump Ship, upon my return was kicked when SS rolled back the server (can't be helped everyone was) but then after 4 minutes loading screen I was presented with mission complete noise them it told me "Mission Complete Meet Smuggler Bill Darius" whilst in a black screen, when the game loaded i found myself at the wormhole, checked my history and mission registered and with Pirate Galaxy plus Gained today not 4 months ago. I've also lost 24k cry
Now many in local chat state they've lost cry, up-to 2 levels XP, Sirius planets are missing that clans were going to jump to and also Clan Missions that were complete are now available. This to me suggests SS have done a major rollback and messed things up again.
so 1st thing Mr SS what are you going to do to repay your players with the their losses of cry, xp, mission & achievements etc.
and 2nd why are you not stress testing new events on the test server before releasing it across main server's ? that's what the dam test server is for, you know "Testing" for a company as big as yourselves you really ought to get your management skills and business plans in order, quit messing around trying to develop new games and taking away dev's from this game when there's bugs that still need addressing in PG, employ some new dev's for other games, heck you earn enough.
Finally, you really ought to pay more attention to customer care and satisfaction, after all if we stopped buying gold and started a petition against your incompetence as a game developer, you would be pretty much stuffed. listen to your customers instead of ignoring us and thinking we will continue to put up with this despicable service, because eventually, you will kill this game and everyone will move on.
