well, the 35's, 60's and 70's look the best and are created by SS or atleast for PG.

Skins really have nothing to do with programming, it takes a graphics artist. Most game companies "farm out" when it comes to concept art and skins, most game companies buy the rights to these however, so you won't find them on the net for sale. Obviously someone forgot to pay the graphic arts bill.
