That is simply because the forum does not use https ^^
Nothing changed on the forum side, but google chrome chose in one of its last updates to warn users on every non-https website, while it didn't before.
That means that information exchange between the server and your machine is not encrypted. It is not secure for online transactions using credit cards, per example, because any hacker can intercept the connection and steal sensible data.
