There are only two types at the moment Public and Friends only. Would it be possible to add a third which would be called private and only the squad leader could allow pilots to join. They would apply by clicking on join in the usual way and the squad leader (like in clan or buddy) will say yes or no. This would stop pilots just jumping in squads when not invited to do so and at times when the squad is awaiting clan members to join.
