I have an very good idea for making CQ more fair and attractive for saller clans in lower systems without getting just podded by those 2 Alliances who are holding the Askone server atm!
These should be the rules for it:
1. The Clan CQ ship can only be used in cq from an pilot with the level of the system ( for example Cq in Vega just a level 7 - 18 can fly the ship)
2. If an higher level player wants to go for CQ with his clan, he needs to have at least 2 or 3 players with the system level in his squad or he can not land.
I think just 2 simple rules like that can make cq fun and attractive for little clans too and help them to raise also
