Endless Traveling

I seem to get stuck almost all the time when traveling between planets. The countdown timer finishes for my journey, but I just sit there for minuets sometimes waiting for the game to realise I've arrived.

Is this a game problem, or maybe something I can fix at my end.

I currently use the game client
