Easter Ships Cheaters (Named & Shamed) Take 2

A few Days ago on Askone server some how some pilots managed to get Easter Ships while in SIRIUS on the 5th ring which we all know just does not happen and they where caught and ment to be banned from PG for cheating .

Few days after these pilots where magicaly re'least from jail and flying around doing missions ect like nothing happened and aloud to keep the ships that they cheated for OMG what a joke .

This is totally wrong pilots that cheat should be banned no questions asked no 2nd chances we all know not to cheat or you get banned for breaking CoC rules .

So i say do your Job SS/GM's and get rid of the cheaters or it sets a bad example for the rest of us and why the hell shouldn't we all be aloud to CHEAT and get away with it ?

And if these pilots are aloud to get away with it then i have clan members that want those ships to, come on its ment to be a fair game for all is it or is it not ?

Yes a GM helped them to cheat what a surprise so if all else fails we should all get ourselfs a pocket GM and cheat away or will the right thing be done only time will show ...

The truth should be known and heard stop deleting this post and hiding the truth. Power To The pilots ^^

On Aurora Server long time ago a GM was caught helpling a player on invisible mode (was seen on Gazica, in the early Draconis days), the result was:

-GM account cancelled.
-Pilot account being helped was reset, so he/she had to start all over.
-Pilot account from GM was also reset.

Think this was a good punishment.

sounds good but they will only get helped back to rank 85 in no time.

For once I have to agree with SK, if you all old pilots remember the Big Banhammer with the Big Cheaters in past, they all got banned inclusive the Big head who was responsible of it. (Not a gm)

But I do agree these all players should be banned without further question about it, and not released back to the game, and plus, being able to keep the items, rare paints and the rare ships what was in question.
I myself have the screenshots of all items of the players in question from the BP list what I ordered by dates, all items what appeared on the 9th February, not only the ships, but rare paints.
You can hide the history, but not the BP list!

This is not at all right towards honest players.
I don't want them in this game anymore, in my opinion who cheats once can do it twice, etc.
They who received the items from the gm, are as much guilty themselves of cheating,
I doubt that they were forced in any way to receive them.

Don't do this to us, take a better decision, show us that you do the right thing.
Imo this only shows to me that players can do what ever they want and getting away with it.

I am now reading the CoC, and here is what I found:

3. You must not use or transmit any content which is protected by intellectual property laws unless you own these rights or have procured the necessary permissions. You will be liable for any legal implications that result from any infringements of copyright, trademarks and any other proprietary rights.

7. You must not organize or be a member of any groups or clans that facilitate or are based on racist, anti-religious or other hate based philosophies. It is also forbidden to do anything that is a threat to the game or interferes with the gaming and game play of the game

The Penalty for violating Rules 4, 5, 6, 7 & 8, is Immediate Jailing of Your Player Account for an Indefinate period of time, possibly followed within 72 hours with a Permanent Account Banishment from All Splitscreen Studios Games. There is/will not be any Grounds for Appeal for Violating any of these 4 Rules.

9. Exploiting Missions, Bugs or any other facets of Pirate Galaxy that are not related to fair Game Play i.e.: to increase War Score, Ladder Rank Climbing, Pilot Ranking etc is not allowed


There are clausulas in these rules what all these pilots was breaking, exploiting is not only what is written, but it is also exploiting, and taking advantages before the other players, and this is not in my view according to Fair play.
If there are rules for account sharing, what is less harmless, and penalty is immediate Ban, so why is cheating allowed, and only jail and then back to game like nothing ever happened?

I am not happy that these players are allowed back in the game, cheating is a ban & therefore this should be the punishment. It brings the game into disrepute letting these so called gamers to play again, (gamers haha), gamers might be the wrong choice there as a proper gamer does not cheat......I know of pilots that have been banned or have been givin extensive jail time for swearing or harrasement, so what is basicly being said here is....if u cheat u get 2days jail time if u swear or harrase someone u get extensive jail time or banned, so what SS are saying we can all cheat as the punishment is not to severe...I`m sorry but this is wrong, if they are allowed bk in the game they should be stripped bk down to lvl 1, as we dont know how long this has been going on, or put them in a different server as i really dont want to be playing with cheaters, how will you know if they not cheating you out of a CQ or pvp`s...These people should not be allowed back on askone/ back on the game...This is a joke, if anyone was to call the a cheat on public chat i bet that person would get a warning for doing so & probably jail time, are you trying to say that they didnt know what was going on, of course they did even if the GM helping them did it they knew & excepted the BP`s.......This matter needs to be resolved properly & fast.. PLease excuse my spelling mistakes lol....

So when are SS going to say cheating is wrong? If its ok to get event ships on non event days, I'll gladly have 2 days jail time if I can when k want have happy hour gold deals when happy hour is not on..... It's the same thing....... Ohhhhh that's right when it means you don't get revenue then its wrong!

questions need to be asked are 1- Who authorised their release and 2- what further action is going to be taken by LCM and Splitscreen as players have the right to know even more so if the GM's cannot be trusted and are duly branded as 'pocket Gm's'.

So by the looks of it cheating is ok with the Gm's and SS i for one would like these Easter ships and i want them for free as the cheats get them given to them for free its a sad day for pg if they get away with murder. Cheating is the ultimate rule break and is a INSTANT BAN as it states in COC get this sorted NOW 1 rule for 1 person is the same for EVERYONE!!!!!!!!!!

LMAO pocket GM full of bull your player Account is in the same clan as the cheaters we all know you and the cheaters arranged to do it and prob was on voice coms together at the time and thats why you waited till they where on a 5th ring planet all alone with no other clans there ......... And i also know you where checking out newly formed 5th ring planets for them because i caught you on a newly 5th ring planet when no clans was there and when i questioned you about it you said you was checking a bugged mission when there isnt any missions on 5th then when i said about that you said you was just curious lmao what a joke then you asked how i new you was on there and i told you because you where stupid enough to talk in public chat while on the planet and then you tried to give me a warning ......... your nothing but a cheat and lier just like your cheating friends so do one and its not the end of it ....................

They knew what they was getting in to when they picked up the bp therefore they accept they are breaking the rule regardless if you spawned the mantis that dropped the bps so they broke the rules and should be banned we all know you are in there clan and probably was on voice coms with them they picked the bps and tried to hide there illegal activities so they knew plain and simple what they was doing was wrong so all players involved should be banned regardless if u take all the blame they where given an advantaged in the game and if you was doing that what else did you give them that we haven't notice plus it's there responsibility to report anything that might give them an unfair advantage in the game (aka getting ships with more armour and which these ship you cannot get no more as that event finished in 2011 not 2013 ) you all did wrong so accept it you all should be banned

HAHA the the rogue shows himself.

first things all players are expected to know the CoC and follow them so they took them BP's knowing they should not have done so. so you can take the full blame but you cant take that they accepted the prints and picked them up unless u had a gun to there heads/knife held at them forcing them to pick up they have to accept there own part in it.

as for us doing it our selfs. if i was in your clan and you done that i would have bee warning the members to not pick anything up untill you was reported and removed from the game. there is a few that would have accepted them but the ones you seen posting on here are not among any that would accept things like that. and if they were and i found out i would report them myself i could not care less if they were my mother i would still report it.

For once i agree with SK. And btw, any GM here can help me get my missing easter ships?
Seriosly, let the pilots back in game and even hold to the tech they are cheated is so wrong as it could be. If i see an invasion on R5 Sirius i should know that something is wrong and not collect the tech, tempting as it is.
And one question to the cheating pilots, why you tried to hide it in your history if you thought to do nothing wrong?
So dear SSS and GM team, do you want to make the whole game to cheaters? Than go on like this.
