Greetings, devs

So, I've noticed that Gts/CUs stopped dropping as much often as they used to when I was new to Sirius 2 years ago. Sometimes you're forced to solo these units if your entire clan/alliance is off and/or no ones on the planet.
And so, I took it upon myself to hunt my last GT print by myself and guess what happened? I've killed 7-10 units solo and ONLY got 3 cryonites. How is this fair? It takes a lot of time, patience and effort to even solo a unit. And even tougher for non-members since you run out on E and 2k extra(depends on how your strategy is). If you're podding, you pod when the GTs at 20-5%, so all that effort goes to waste. On a side note, you also have to dodge other adds if they respawn. We have to overcome these situations to successfully kill one and it isn't always successful.
P.S This isn't the first time I've done this

I do understand this game has to be played in squad/clan, but my time-zone is so off the grid I hardly get to play when my clanmates come on and I'm very loyal to them to even think of leaving the clan.

:!: Grinding has to be fun, not annoying/irritating and overly time-consuming. I'd dreadfully suggest that you tweak the drop rate a bit. It has always been twitchy ever since I last returned to the game after an exam last year.

Hoping for your kind consideration regarding this matter.

30% cryonite is broken? I would have loved to have 30% droprate when i was farming ships a few years ago ^^
I agree that soloing GTs can be kinda boring because bp droprate is not really high, but so far on sirius i soloed most of my /5 and /12 in ~ 3hours each, which is less than the time i needed to complete a giza BP 3 years ago, and less than i needed to solo any hive BP back in 2014.

Things are looking up, my 18th GT dropped the last BP. 18 GTs, 1 BP 5 cryonites. This is sad

The Droprate for Cry has always been bad on PG unfortunatly.

For example i'm grinding on Mars in Sol sniper, without any boost.

It takes me almost 1h to grind 10k cry, and I'm trying to grind back my Drac Defender thats 200k+ thats 20h hours of grinding just for the ship, its absurd.

The rest of the game is awsome, i'v been playing on and off a long time, but the cry drop has always put me off in the end, because you spend 95% of your time grinding and its just boring.

It´s not so that Cry rates always where bad if you have played the game when it was released (soon) 10 years ago.

During the early stages of the game Cry rates where something around 50 - 75% so that basicly every 2nd unit could drop an Cryo.

The System started to change during the transition from Gemini to Mizar when it was developed and announced.

The Main issue however is not really the droprate cus without any penalty it´s something around 35% so that over time every 3rd unit drops an Cryo. Also the info of an reduced dropchance is imo not really existing cus i made some runs in lower systems with my highest available Ship that crated an "reduction" up to 45% so that it would mean in reverse that i wouldn´t see a drop at all with the average chance.

In Fact i still see plenty of drops happening no matter if with or without an penalty cus it´s just an timeshift that happens here cus either you kill the units "slowly" with the current System ship or fast and in masses with an higher System ship.

Truth to be told however instead of mindless farming harvs and interc over and over again (or killing R4/5 units) for some "easy" Cryo i would prefer to redo white missions to give the "mindless" farming a purpose with some extra payment.

See it kinda like in Sirius where we can always do the Missions from R1 - 4 again with full payment what in theory is always an nice extra income when you can participate in those missions when the JS was moved.

There should be daily missions that you dont really need to accept in orbit but they remain in the background, sort of like mini achievements that reset every day with different goals and give large sums of cryo.

Well up to this day it still wonders me why Split never really introduced daily/weekly stuff for PG considering that it gives a lot of things you can do with the system to create an working daily/weekly Mission system.

The amount of Cryo however should be based on the player level.

Almost certain that the "reduction" is multiplicative to the drop chance, not additive.
So it's:

35% - (35% * 45%) = 19.25%
OR
35% * 0.55 = 19.25%

Instead of:
35% - 45% = -15% (??)

A -45% is basically turning a 1 in 3 to a 1 in 4.
